Through a preliminary agreement, we initiate the design phase, explore showrooms for selections, and conduct essential investigations like soil testing and council searches.
This proactive step sets the stage for an accurate quote, bringing us one step closer to crafting your exceptional custom home.

Collaboratively, we’ll examine the concept plans and specifications, fine-tuning as necessary to ensure your complete satisfaction.

With everything aligned and in order, we’re poised to advance to the next stage and present the building contract. Our straightforward, plain-language contract incorporates all documentation from previous stages.
We’re committed to transparency and will gladly guide you through the contract, addressing any questions you may have before you take the next exciting step of signing.

As we navigate the approvals stage we will obtain the necessary permits required to begin construction, this will include the building approval, plumbing permits, VXO and other approvals as required for your particular site.
Upon obtaining approvals, we swiftly move to schedule the site start, confirm key delivery dates, establish the building schedule, and commence construction, bringing your vision to life.

As your vision becomes reality, we celebrate a significant milestone – breaking ground on-site! Our enthusiasm matches yours as construction commences. Our exclusive one-on-one building experience ensures you’re an integral part of the team.
We’ll conduct regular on-site visits, share weekly updates and photos, keeping you fully informed. For any queries or updates, we’re just a call, SMS, or email away, ensuring a seamless and collaborative journey.
There are 5 main stages of construction:
- Base Stage – the foundations, slab or sub floor is complete
- Frame Stage – the frame and trusses are completed
- Enclosed – the home now has a roof, windows and external walling in place
- Fixing – this is where the internal works are we underway, the tiling and kitchen is in complete as well as skirting and architraves, ready for painting
- Practical Completion – this is final stage of construction, finishing touches are complete and final fit items are installed. Your home is now ready for hand over.

After a meticulous QA process, your home is primed for handover for you and your family to enjoy.

While our part of the journey is over, we are still here for you when you need and will provide ongoing warranty and support.

We limit the number of projects we take onboard at any one time and that allows us to focus on your project. We have the relationships and ability to schedule out your job from start to finish to minimise delays and lead times which ensures we deliver the project on time and budget. Every project is unique and the size and complexity will play a factor in construction time frames. We will be able to give you a better idea of timing once we have reviewed the project.
